Keep In Touch Anywhere, Anytime, With Call Forwarding

With the Call Forwarding feature, you can redirect incoming calls from your landline to a different phone. Selective Call Forwarding allows you to redirect specific incoming calls to another number. When Call Forwarding is active, you won't be able to answer incoming calls on your original line because they're immediately transferred. If you want only certain numbers to be forwarded, use selective Call Forwarding. When a call is forwarded, you'll hear a brief ring on your original phone, and then the redirected call recipient's phone will start ringing normally. Keep in mind that if you forward calls to a long-distance or toll number, you'll be charged the applicable rates.

  • Enabling Call Forwarding is a great way to ensure that people who call your business can always reach you. For example, if you have two offices in different time zones, this can be particularly useful. You can easily set this up through your customer portal or by reaching out to our support team for real-time assistance.
